Android M is officially known as Android 6.0 Marshmallow

 



Google has officially disclosed a android lawn sculpture outside its mountain view headquarters, authorizing that Android M stands for Android Marshmallow. In spite of the fact that there had loads of assumption and gossip about what treat Google will name the following version of android after.

Android Marshmallow will be making it’s first appearance on the next Nexus device and it’s at present reputed that there will be two devices – a 5.2inch display from LG and a 5.7inch display phablet from Huawei, both accompanies a unique fingerprint sccanner on the back.

Generally speaking, the most interesting aspect is the version number which appears to google is okay with android 6.0 as the version number. Google has taken to its developer’s blog to announce the final Android 6.0 Marshmallow preview, giving developers an opportunity to get their application prepared for Marshmallow.

  1. Okay. Looks like the google people can’t stay one place. From one point to another in no time. 5.0 was recently release, now 6 is being worked upon? I just knew the lollipop was not here to stay.
