BlackBerry adds virtual assistant to Priv

 



BlackBerry has added a virtual assistant application to the long list of cool applications available to BlackBerry Priv users. This new app is available for download for free from Google’s Play Store. The BlackBerry virtual expert application is designed to allow users run various diagnostics on their device to identify or manage problems they could be experiencing while using their device.

The app detects internal to defects and pinpoints malfunctioning that could be occurring from within the Priv phone such as; malfunction of the speakers, keyboard, display problems, and camera defects.

This is a very important utility app and it comes for free. It certainly speaks well of BlackBerry’s dedication to serve its customers well. Hopefully, we will be seeing other smartphone manufacturers adopt this value adding customer service from BlackBerry.

BlackBerry Priv has been a hit so far and continues to be so, judging by certain indices. During the BlackBerry boom everyone wished to own it, here in Nigeria.
