Here is the purported first image of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the specs of the device

One of the main events for 2017 will be the launch of the Samsung Galaxy flagship for 2017, the Samsung Galaxy S8. Expectedly, rumours on the device have been a dime a dozen. While some of these ensuing rumours have purportedly been insider reports on the specs the upcoming flagship (Samsung Galaxy S8) will be sporting, others have been intelligent guesses such as; the processor the device will be run, which should the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. That said, the latest leak, claims to show the Samsung Galaxy S8 in a photo.
From the image, we can say that the rumours on the physical appearance of the Galaxy S8 align perfectly. The image shows a Galaxy S8 that has more screen to body ratio with the screen accounting for 90% of the phones front side. The photo shows the device without any home button, just the word “Samsung” crested there. This begs the question “where are the capacitive keys, where they adapted to on-screen keys? For what it is worth, I will say the upcoming device will lean more on gesture control, to bring up such features such as the capacitive key and keyboard, if not, it means the said buttons can be brought to the screen by swiping a part of the screen. Whichever way, remember these speculations are built on an image that is not confirmed so please take with a grain of salt. However, one thing is sure, we will seeing more leaks on the specification and pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S8 as the release date draw near. AndroidNigeria will keep you filled in on the important rumours and leaks.
