
US-based mobile device designer and manufacturer, Saygus, has launched a super smartphone at the CES 2015 this week. The Saygus V2 has gained the right to be known as a super smartphones because of its features some specs and features that no smartphone has been capable of boast, yet.
The Saygus V2 is powered by a Snapdragon 801 processor backed by 3 GB of RAM, a 5 inch 1080p display (445 ppi), and a 21 megapixel back camera accompained by a 13 megapixel front camera; each boasting optical image stabilization. Looking at the above specs and you feel it didn’t stand out.
Now check out this attention-grabbing features which makes it so unique… The Saygus V2 comes with 64 GB of inbuilt storage, however comes with support for two microSD cards. You read it right, two! Which implies that this device can use dual 128 GB microSD cards making it a complete storage of up to 320 GB.
The V2 comes with waterproofed IPX7 rating “swimmable” capability, sunlight viewability, 3100 mAh battery with 50% battery savings chip (approx. 4600 mAh), and a compact biometric fingerprint side scanner make the V2 perfect for the video-loving, game-playing, photo-taking, audio-consuming user.
Now this is the knock-out feature (K.O), saving the best for the last. The Saygus V2 comes with super user (SU) or root permissions right. That means customers can get most customization straight away on this system. This is one thing that’s unheard of from smartphone manufactures, but it surely positively makes the V2 stand out from the group.
The Saygus V2 was recognized as a 2015 CES Innovation Award Honoree in the Wireless Handset category. This is the second CES Innovation Award the company has received.
The Saygus V2 is scheduled to begin shipping early 2015 and pre-orders will begin in January.
