This new feature can be seen as a way to offer more unique services or perhaps a birthday present, whatever be the case, it is a very much welcomed development. Although it is yet to begin, you can register for this service via this link Pre-register for the servcie.

Skype, a part of Microsoft, has been facing stiff competitions from other video and call service providers such as; WeChat and WhatsApp, so far, they have soaked up the pressure, very well.We would definitely be seeing different responses from Skype’s competitors, aimed at countering this new offer, and it goes without saying, we will be at the benefiting end.
