The Infinix Hot 6 -a bezel-less beauty with capable features
specifications and pricing of the Infinix Hot 6

Infinix Mobility has been making headlines in the tech world lately, just off the back of their very public signing of a new brand ambassador, Davido, the company has unveiled the latest devices from the Hot series, the Hot 6 and Hot 6 Pro. The Hot series is one of Infinix’s successful line of devices and these latest additions to the series might just improve the performance of the series further. That said, let us look at the specifications of the device under the spotlight, Infinix Hot 6.
BODY AND SCREEN
On seeing the Infinix Hot 6, the first feature you should notice is the widescreen. The Infinix Hot 6 comes with a 6-inch HD+IPS LCD (18:9 screen to body ratio) infinity screen display with bezel-less sides and minimal top and bottom edges. This setup would be a delight to large screen lovers. The screen resolution stands at 720 x 1440 pixels and 282 pixels per inch density. We expect images and videos displayed on this device to be more immersive because of the 18:9 screen to body ratio and the quality should be just crisp and vivid like an HD screen would display.
Away from the screen, turning to the sides, you will find the volume and power button nested on the right. Both buttons have a proper distance between them to avoid muddling functions. The primary audio speakers of the device are housed at the bottom along with the USB charging port.
On the back, there is a fingerprint sensor nested right below the rear camera. Infinix has stuck with plastic material for the Hot 6 cover. The device measures 7.8mm in thickness and weigh 145g. Hot 6 is available in Sandstone Black, Magic Gold, Bordeaux Red, City Blue colours.
Camera
For photography and videography, Infinix Hot 6 is equipped with a dual rear camera, a 13MP and 2MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture. Both camera’s work simultaneously to provide users with wide angles to capture scenes. On the front, Hot 6 carries a 5MP camera for selfies, wefies, and much more.
Hardware and Software
Under the devices plastic frame, you will find a SnapDragon 425 chipset with Quad-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The speed of the cores is clocked at 1.4GHz. An Adreno 308 chip handles the graphics rending of the device.
Similar to the Hot 5, the Hot 6 sports 2GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, expandable up to 128GB. The device comes with Android Ore0 8.0 layered with XOS Hummingbird 3.0 out of the box.
Battery
A 4,000mAh non-removable Li-ion battery powers this piece of tech. The battery has a fast-charging feature so you can expect shorter charging duration.
